Our pad thrust bearings have several advantages over pedestal bearings equipped with two self-aligning ball bearings or self-aligning roller bearings in separate housings.

Simple, problem-free assembly of pad thrust bearings:

  • Just screw the pad thrust bearing onto the clamping surface
  • Install attachment parts (e.g. fan impeller) on the finished shaft ends
  • No damage due to soiling of the bearings as a result of improper assembly

Our pad thrust bearings (also known as monobloc bearings) offer even more:

  • Compact, modular design – angular motion roller bearings not required
  • High precision of motion – through use of rigid bearings
  • Low operational noise – through precisely aligned shaft, seated in one unit
  • Cost benefits with regard to acquisition, supply, replacement
