For many years it has been the core compotence of our company to realize customer specific solutions within short delivery times. We are able to offer any solution and measurement due to our modular concept.
Our technical service supports you in the development of the optimal double flange bearing for your application. Special requirements, for example on the shaft material, the seals or the rolling bearing grease used, are taken into account. We have our own calculation software and a modern 3D CAD program available for this.
The components – from an individual piece up to a small series – are manufactured on professional machine tools in our factory with the advantage that shaft dimensions can be adapted with no problems if necessary. Accesories, such as cooling discs to dissipate heat, can also be manufactured to size.
Where bought-in parts are concerned, we only trust the quality of well-known roller bearing manufacturers such as SKF, FAG and SNR.
